As your bereavement counsellor, I’ll help you to understand your thoughts and feelings with clarity. I’ll help you to work through difficult emotions in greater depth and find ways to cope, manage and understand your grief.

No bereavement counsellor or therapist can take away your grief. We wouldn’t want to. After all, we need to grieve in order to heal. Therapy is not a ‘cure’ for the pain of bereavement. It’s simply a way to find a path through that pain.
